Return/Exchange Policy

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Your purchase can only be considered for return or exchange under the following circumstances:

• If you have received an incorrect product, meaning it does not match the item specified in your order confirmation email.

• If the product you received exhibits a genuine quality or manufacturing defect.

 If your purchase aligns with our return criteria as described above, please contact us at sales.paprart@gmail.com within 36 hours of receiving your order, providing the following details: 

• Order number

• Delivery Address

• Clearly state the reason for the return, and if the issue is related to a defective or incorrect product, kindly attach an image of the item. 

We kindly ask that you ensure the product is sent back to us in its original condition and packaging, accompanied by the original invoice. In cases of genuine product defects, we are pleased to facilitate an exchange for a replacement or a different product of equal value within 7-10 working days of receiving the returned product at our warehouse, following a thorough inspection and quality check.

Please note that all shipping charges for returns/exchanges to our warehouse must be covered by the customer. However, for the delivery of your replacement, we will bear the shipping costs. Regrettably, we are unable to accept return requests submitted more than 36 hours after the delivery.
