Shipping Policy

SHIPPING COST & TIMING

• We provide complimentary shipping on all domestic orders totalling INR 1000 or more. To qualify for free shipping, your product total after any discounts must be INR 995 or higher. For orders below INR 1000, a fixed shipping fee of INR 50 will be applied. 

• Domestic orders are typically delivered within a span of 3-5 business days. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered business days. 

• If we anticipate a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will reach out to you via email or telephone. Occasionally, delivery delays can occur around public holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances. 

• Once orders have been dispatched, they cannot be cancelled.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the Airway Bill number (AWB no.) and the name of the courier partner. To track the current whereabouts of your shipment and the expected delivery date, kindly visit the courier partner's website and input the provided AWB no.

DELIVERY For deliveries within India, we rely on a trusted courier partner. They will make up to three delivery attempts before returning the package to us. To ensure a smooth delivery process, kindly furnish us with a mobile number where you can be reached and provide us with your complete shipping address, including the pin code. This will aid us in ensuring the successful delivery of your order.
